Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt with pure water straight from the Kentucky River. $8/$5  

Elmer T. Lee
The nose brings notes of clove, vanilla, and old leather. The flavor balances fruit, honey and vanilla with a light spiciness. A long and warm finish. Perfectly balanced and rich, as declared by the man who knows how great bourbon should taste. $10/$7

Amador Ten Barrels Straight Hop-Flavored Whiskey

Aroma of caramel, cloves and vanilla. Notes of hop-spices, two-row barley, toffee, butterscotch, rich citrus, orange, warm caramel and nougat dominate the palate. Long, ever-lasting finish. $12/$8

Barrel Bourbon

280 barrels of bourbon, aged from three-to-ten years in charred New American Oak, which were transported to California and then finished in the “Trinchero family’s Napa Valley estate wine barrels” for approximately six months before being bottled at 86.8 proof. $10/$6  

 

Whistle Pig Straight Rye Whiskey
Nose is rich and heavy, with notes of allspice, ginger, nutmeg, clove and a hint of honey. Taste is full-bodied, with warm, floral notes and a hint of honey and cinnamon. Mid-palate has notes of rye, toffee and mint. Finish is warm initially, with complex notes of butterscotch and vanilla. $12/$8  

J Henry and Sons Small Batch
Henry Farm's Bourbon is a whiskey made in Wisconsin and dedicated to whiskey made from grain grown on site at the Henry Family Farms. The family raised grain in combination with  "wild Wisconsin barrel"  assists with the flavors in the aging in on site family owned barns. $8/$5  

Jim Beam Bonded
Aroma has oaky notes with a back ground of vanilla and caramel. The flavor tastes of oak spiciness, medium bodied with balance flavor. $7/$4.5

Wild Turkey Forgiven Whiskey
Created when a four-year old, high proof Wild Turkey Rye was mistakenly mixed with a six-year old Wild Turkey Bourbon. The resulting whiskey is big, bold, spicy, and offers layers of oak, clove, cinnamon, caramel and rye bread. The finish is light, sweet and little peppery. $8/$5  

E.H. Taylor Single Barrel
The aroma carries lightly toasted oak, with dried figs and butterscotch. One sip brings flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices. The finish is just long enough to prepare the palette for another sip. $12/$8  


Tennessee Whiskeys

Collier McKeel  
This whiskey is created using Limestone filtered water used to make a mash of corn, rye and malted barley. Then it is distilled in hand-hammered copper pot. As it drips through several feet of sugar maple charcoal this plain whiskey changes to Tennessee Whiskey. $8/$5  

Jack Daniels Single Barrel  
Each barrel is hand-selected for its one-of-a-kind flavor, robust taste, and notes of toasted oak, vanilla and caramel. $12/$8  

George Dickle 12 Year  
Concentrated flavors of rich oak and subtle vanilla lead to a long finish with hints of maple, butter and smoke. A whiskey with enormous depth, range and personality - considered to be the gold standard of Tennessee Whiskey. $8/$5

Sazerac Rye
The One and Only New Orleans Original. Aromas of clove, vanilla, anise and pepper. Subtle notes of candies spices and citrus. The big finish is smooth with hints of licorice. $8/$5  

George Dickel Rye
Made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Spicy and smoky with an exceptionally smooth finish. $8/$5

Templeton Rye
“The Good Stuff” to those in the know. Based on the original Prohibition era recipe and aged in charred new oak barrels, Templeton Rye provides a smooth finish and a clean getaway. $8/$5  


Bourbon Selection

Jim Beam
Aged 4 years; twice as long as we have to. Opens sweet, with light caramel and vanilla flavors and, later, a woody char. Finish is long and crisp with a gentle snap. $5/$3.5  

Jim Beam Black
Jim Beam Black is an 8 year, 86 proof bourbon. Made from the original Beam recipe, this perfect combination of age and proof leads to a depth of flavor and unmatched smoothness. $6/$4  

Jim Beam Devil’s Cut  
As bourbon ages, a portion of the liquid is lost from the barrel due to evaporation - that’s the “Angel’s Share.” After aging, when the bourbon is dumped out of the barrel, a certain amount of whiskey is left trapped in the wood of every barrel. We call that the “devil’s cut.” $6/$4  

Jim Beam Single Barrel
Rich, oaky vanilla with light spiciness. Surprisingly smooth, Full-bodied, slightly lingering flavors of oak and vanilla. Serve: Neat and on the rocks, also makes an excellent cocktail. $6/$4  

Jim Beam - 12 Year    
The Signature Craft is the smoothest transition into sipping-whiskey territory. The 12-Year maintains the familiar nose and flavors of the original white label with subtle refinements that come with age. $6/$4  

Four Roses Single Barrel
Complex full bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate long finish that’s unbelievably mellow. Contains hints of ripe plum, cherry and other fruits, mild spices, and sweet aromas including caramel, cocoa, vanilla and maple syrup. $10/$7  

Four Roses Small Batch
Mellow symphony of rich, spicy flavors, along with sweet, fruity aromas and hints of sweet oak and caramel. $8/$5  

Knob Creek - Small Batch
The maple sugar aroma and sweet, woody flavor are the reason that Knob Creek is the best selling bourbon in the ultra-premium whiskey category. Amber, with a copper cast. Moderately full-bodied. Marmalade, honey, maple. Rounded and quite fragrant on the palate. $8/$5   

Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve
Nine year bourbon whiskey with a rich, aromatic and smooth 120 proof blends. Foundation of nutty toffee, pot still rum, maple syrup, peppered with cinnamon, vanilla, evergreen and dried fruit. Dry, warming, resinous finish. $8/$5

Woodford Double Oak
Rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak. A full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices. $10/$7

Woodford Reserve
Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cocoa and cinnamon. Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spiced notes. $8/$5  

Wild Turkey 101
At first taste, 101 is rich with vanilla and caramel, with notes of honey, brown sugar, and a hint of tobacco. $6/$4   

Maker’s Mark
Rich, buttery nose with hints of raisins and honey; flavors include vanilla, honey, oranges, and backdrop of leather and spice. $7/$4.5  

Maker’s 46
Made from fully matured Maker’s Mark that is re-barreled with 10 seared Oak Staves for several months. Exceptionally smooth with light sweetness and vanilla and the oak wood staves impart great earthy cinnamon character. $8/$5  

Town Branch Bourbon
Aged in new, charred white oak barrels, Town Branch is a golden amber honey color. Pleasant woody and oaky aromas lead into caramel, toffee, brown sugar, and hints of cherry. $8/$5  

E. H. Taylor Small Batch
Tastes of caramel corn sweetness, mingled with butterscotch and licorice. The aftertaste is a soft mouth-feel that turns into subtle spices of pepper and tobacco. $7/$4.5  

Angel’s Envy
Our bourbon is aged for 4-6 years in American white oak barrels, followed by an additional 3-6 months in port casks. The resulting bourbon carries rich aroma of raisin and dried cherry, and a big finish with vanilla, bitter chocolate and espresso tones. $10/$7  

Baker’s - 7 Year
Baker’s is silky smooth, aromatic and flavorful with the unmistakable hint of vanilla. Deep amber, with a copper cast. Citrus, roasted nuts, sea air, cedar. Rich, full texture. $8/$5  

Basil Hayden’s - 8 Year
This bourbon combines a spicy, peppery flavor with a dry, clean finish due to the high percentage of rye in the mash. $8/$5

Blanton’s Single Barrel
Blanton’s was the first Single Barrel Bourbon, setting the standard for others to follow. It is aged in one barrel, never blended with any other bourbon. Every batch is evaluated by the Master Distiller and a panel of professional tasters. $10/$7  

Buffalo Trace
Bears a complex aroma of vanilla, mint, and molasses. Contains notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak and leather. The long and dry finish has significant depth. With water, flavors of toffee, dark fruit and anise arise. $6/$4  

Booker’s - 8 Year
Loaded with richness in flavors, woody notes, and rich spices. Molasses, butterscotch, pecan, and dried tropical fruits. For all its pow- er and heat, it has a remarkable velvety, elegant finish. $10/$7  

Eagle Rare Single Barrel - 10 Year
Early aromas include gentle grain, toasted honey-wheat bread, and tobacco leaf with aeration, and evolves to scents of ripe banana and charcoal. $6/$4  

Elijah Craig - 12 Year
The aromas have a light touch, offering honey and caramel and cocoa. The flavours follow on the palate, with a full, spicy finish. Smooth, warm and comfortable, this a sweet sipping whiskey that’s best in a snifter - without ice or water. $8/$5  

Bulleit Bourbon
Oaky, smoky, and smooth. Bulleit Bourbon is russet in color with a rich, oaky aroma. The dry, clean flavor is mellow and smooth, not hot in the throat. Delivers a wonderfully complex taste with hints of vanilla and honey and a long smoky finish. $8/$5
